Cause of Death Notes

I am trying to understand the cause of death for Nathaniel H. Felt. It appears that the cause of death is stated as "Pamhpis 4 general shultz" and I have not been able to find any information on this. He died in 1887 in Salt Lake City. This information was found in the "Utah, Salt Lake City Cemetery records, 1847-1976" on image 521.


Can anyone help me find more information about this?
