Descendants with Tasks Feature for Website and Spouse Ancestors
I wish the website had the feature similar to the phone app where you can do Descendants with Tasks.
I also wish that one's spouse's ancestors with tasks would automatically show up in Recommended Tasks feature.

It does.
Just go to any ancestor, yours or your spouse's, and view that person's descendancy tree:
This is the same list as you get in the mobile app. The only difference is that descendants without tasks are also listed.

What the mobile app has that the website doesn't is the Ancestors with Tasks tool that can optionally include ancestors of all profiles in the Recents list. Now that is a power tool!

Thanks for showing me a way to use the tree better! But I do like the ease of how the app just makes a list of those that need work compared to having to open and sort through each individual family.

I also agree that the mobile version makes it much easier to find names for the temple by putting them on a single large list, instead of having to open and navigate each descendancy line separately as you do on the website. Please consider changing the website's descendancy tasks format to match the mobile version.
