PDF a Person Page

I've searched for a way to print a decently formatted person page to PDF and can't find a way to do that.

I found the PRINT option at the bottom of the right side of the page and the option to print a Family Group Sheet with or without sources is brilliant!! Just brilliant.

Not everyone is connected to a spouse yet so the FGS doesn't help me. Also, the person page has more detail and I try to keep PDF copies of everywhere/everything pertaining to an individual (no paper, just PDF of records on my hard drive for future reference).

One alternative is to use screen grabber software. That creates extra steps, possibly expense (the really good ones are not free), and the image quality isn't always as good as something straight from the FS site.

Please direct me to the place to do this if it is already part of the "NEW Person Page" or consider adding printing options.

Thank you.

Actually, I never thought about putting personal notes to PDF about my research on family, events, and places. What a novel idea! I have been keeping notes on paper and have several tubs I go through as I fill in my info into ancestry.

For a screen grabber, I just use, shift plus PrntScr, then paste it into a word document or a pdf document.

Fireshot is an excellent option to make a PDF or JPG of a profile page, even one that is much longer than can be viewed or captured in a single screenshot. There is a free version that works VERY well and a paid version.

If you have a printable, formatted page, you can usually save it as a PDF file (i.e. "Print" to a PDF file instead of to a physical printer) using built-in software on a Windows PC. I have lots of different software installed and some come with a PDF printer as you'll see below. I've encircled two PDF printers, at least one of which (the second) should come free with Windows:

If for some reason the "Microsoft Print to PDF" is not visible in your list of printers or is not installed, check out the following link:
