Other Relationships Section, add "Friend" to drop down box.
Under the Other Relationships Section in the New Person Page:
In the drop down box for type of relationship, could you please add "Friend" to the list as many people had very close friends it would be nice to document. This would be very helpful for research purposes.

I vaguely recall a mention that they're considering adding "associates" to the list. Your suggestion gave me a better idea: I think there's value in keeping the list of choices fairly short, so instead of adding two more, I suggest revising the label of the existing "neighbor" choice to encompass the whole FAN club: "friend, associate, or neighbor".

I also feel that some options have been left out such as ‘friends’, ‘associates’, ‘organizations’, or ‘groups’.
I have categorized friends in with neighbors, but do not feel this is a title for them since some of them live in other areas (like other countries), and therefore have no significant connection to other neighbors within a community.
Even just creating an 'Other' button could solve this problem, and then make a note from the edit section (behind the pencil icon) in 'Other Relationship', or in the Memories section. Or just like in the 'Other Information' > 'Events', one could create a 'Custom Other Relationship'.
