Someone suggested that you can only insert photos you took. Haven't heard or seen that one before.

My deceased brother Ronald Leo Shaw (1944-2020 LN9R-X7N) added a number of documents and photos to our father's and mother's Memory pages. He did not include relevant significant data including dates, locations etc. to these records. I would now like to take over the position as "Contributed By" and upgrade these records. How can I do so to make them more informative to others? I would prefer to not submit duplicate copies of all of his submissions and thereby unnecessarily clog up the system. Can all of his Memory submissions be transferred to me? Shirley Shaw Brua

Aloha! I tried several times to edit my grandfather's picture because it was copied sideways. So I copied onto the website thinking I could edit it and then use it on his page. I have tried several times without success. Then I edited another copy in the right vertical position. This second copy I then uploaded to familysearch. Although it is in the right position, I still cannot use it for his picture as it will default to the original sideways copy. Not sure what to do.🙄
