If you could give us a Shared batch code, the last letters and number in brackets at the end of the project name, we can look at this batch. For some reason the link you have given only shows an incomplete page.

I notice the records are shown as
- Bautismos 1854-1929
- Bautismos 1929-1939
- Bautismos, confirmaciones, matrimonios 1933-1996
- Confirmaciones 1872-1951
- Defunciones 1838-1884
- Defunciones 1854-1876
- Defunciones 1885-1946
- Información matrimonial 1872-1916
- Información matrimonial 1916-1937
- Información matrimonial, defunciones 1947-1996
- Matrimonios 1830-1956
Some of these records would normally be restricted for privacy reasons, and the current FS practice appears to be that if some records on a digitised microfilm are restricted, none of the records from that digitised microfilm are available. In this situation, it's not even clear if a digitised microfilm is involved, but even so I suspect it has got something to do with the dates of the records.

Thank you for all the answers. @annewandering, I can not see a batch number. one link could be https://www.familysearch.org/search/image/index?owc=MXVQ-TP8%3A987536701%2C987683001%2C987683002%2C987683003%3Fcc%3D1923402
But it is all the records under the link i had posted. https://www.familysearch.org/search/collection/1923402 - click on button 'Browse All 1,454,787 images - Select 'Carchi' - 'Mira' - 'San Nicolas' - and its any of those records.
Why would they be restricted for privacy reasons?

If they are restricted it is because the owner of the records only wanted them to be seen by a limited group of indexers. It is not an uncommon thing to have happen.
