Trouble linking my ancestry account?
I have had two Ancestry accounts one with my DNA (discontinued email) and a new account but my information is not linking and importing from my church account. I have had two phone consultations working with me. I was finally able to log into the new account but my information isn't linking and importing into Ancestry. Can I speak with someone to continue working on my account so it will import and be usable.

Please make an appointment with FamilySearch. They have missionaries who are designated to help in this specialty. Click on the question mark at the top of the page, then click on "Contact Us." Click on the part of the world in which you live, and then set an appointment. Good luck.
