relative finder issues
Hi,my name is sandy, i'm sort of new to the Relative finder app and i love it! but i have noticed that it's been taking a alot longer to load up. and some of the filters ie for example in the famous Americans filter, where at least 7 people that I'm connected to from my family tree were either missing or had been removed i have no clue as to why that they were removed. before the site went loony tunes on me I went ahead and copied every single name from each of the search filters by hand to use it as a guide some of these people were my 3rd cousins or so on. i went on the site just to verify all 7 names correctly and how they are related to me. but each time i did a search i would get an no relation error and i went over my info that i copied previously on a ancestor from relative finder for example john wilks booth i got him listed as my 9 cousin 4x removed when i went back on the site he was not listed an other ancestor wasn't listed was betsy ross she is my 6 cousin 6x remove one more was Jessie james from my list he was 7 cousin 5x removed thank you for listening have a good day, sandy lovejoy
