How to recover a church leaders familysearch account

I have this sister who is unable to log into her familysearch account for some reason. We have checked her credentials and it seems okay I suspect as a relief society president her account may have expired. These are here information:

• Name: xxxxx
• Record No: xxxxx
• Birth date: xxxxx

since when do accounts expire?

I assume you may mean the password expired.

Ok It has nothing to do with her job. She needs to contact login/registration and make an appointment with them. She can do that today. If you have trouble seeing how to contact login let us know.

I think it may be related to the fact that at one time FS and LDS.org were using the same account

and then later it got broke out - like a year or two ago,

(techncially the same user id value) - but now two different accounts I think.

have you been able to get it resolved?
