Editing options on App vs Webpage

I have noticed that when linking "new" info to a person via the App it cannot be edited, but it can when linking "new" info on the webpage. (ie, if the "new" info is death is in say "Phil, Penn" on the webpage it can be edited to "Philadelphia, Pennsylvania" while linking, but not when using the app).

Alternately, when linking "updated" information it can be edited via the app but not the webpage. Example: Info for birth is currently 1888 in Pennsylvania. Well, source to link shows March 3, 1888 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. On the app you can add the additional information when linking. On the webpage you have to link the info and then go back and edit the info on the person's ID Page.
