FamilySearch is a world-wide, open-edit, user maintained, wiki-style tree. The job for all of us users is to work to having the most accurate tree we can. No one supervises or administers this work.
In other words, there is no one to inform. When you find errors, feel free to research the family, determine better information, and edit the tree as needed.
It can be very helpful in the process to exam the history of any person in Family Tree by going through their Change Log as found on the right hand column of the person's detail page. Examining past merges can be particularly helpful. Such as in this situation. Were there once two Priscilla Baugh in the tree that someone merged in error? Fixing such things can take a bit of work but is good for the health of the tree.
If you have not worked much in Family Tree, I would encourage you to start by going through the records here of your close family and examining all the parts of the records. The Family History Guide is the closest thing to a manual for the site: https://www.thefhguide.com There are also many helpful articles in the Help Center that you access by clicking on the question mark icon on the top right of any page.

You dont necessarily need to tell anyone
if you are referring to Family Tree - you can make the corrections yourself --- when you find errors
