I am reviewing the above project. Image 8 is the exact duplicate of image 7 but when I go to "Select Duplicate Image", the only options are Image 1, 2, 4, 5. I have had that happen before in this project. What should I do? The indexer just put Image 8 as no extractable data. That was the only other option. What do you think?

Thanks - M. Jones

I was able to see 8 when I went to this batch.

    1. You might try going out of FamilySearch then back in.
    2. If that does not work shut down your browser then go back in.
    3. If no success, is your browser updated?
    4. Try shutting off, not just rebooting, your computer. Leave it off for a minute before turning back on.
    5. If these do not help please get back to us.

Hi @jonemari, Thank you for your efforts!

I was able to look at your batch and image 7 was available to pick as a duplicate. I agree with @annewandering, it is likely a problem with your system. Good luck~!

Thank you!! I should have remembered that. I have done that before and it has always worked. Thanks again.
