When I post a question here, how do I receive answer to my question?

And sometimes there are just no answers, particularly in some of the less active groups.

I see from your profile, which anyone can see by clicking on your name, that you just joined and this is your first post. Welcome to Communities!

This is a public discussion board, so what most people do find that they get plenty of responses to questions. Sometimes far more than they want!

Someone will respond by 'leaving a comment' and you should (if your notifications are set to do so) get an email that says someone has responded to your question, with a link back to your question.

Sometimes we add an 'atmention' like so: @minlianho1 to be sure you are notified.

If you aren't getting an email notification, you can change that by clicking on your profile image, choosing Edit Profile and then selecting the Notification Preferences page. There you can choose whether to have emails sent to you for notifications or just a pop-up box in the lower-left-hand corner of your screen. ALL responses will show up in your notifications icon (the little bell).
