Need Quick and Secure Way to Unshare and Reshare

Please can you make it possible to unshare the Shared with Temple names, and quickly share them again with family members who are now able to do the work, but weren't before when names went out to Temples. I have over 1,000 names shared and can't go individually unsharing, then searching for the name to reshare.

So basically an additional function in the Shared with Temple list called "Move to Family Group" or something?

    That could be pretty handy.

In the meantime, when you go to your temple list and find someone you want to share, click on the person's ID to copy it, unshare the person, go to your list then paste the ID into the box in the upper right corner "Filter By Name and ID" and just that one name will then appear in you list for you to reshare it. No searching required.

I have been doing "Descendancy" research for six years. As such, I have generated thousands of names, all of which, have been "shared with the Temple". For the past several weeks I notice that when I open FS and go to "Shared with the Temple" the total number of names I have shared is getting smaller (less names "shared"). Please tell me what is causing this.

One reason that the list would be getting shorter is that your distant relatives, most likely through Ordinances Ready, are getting the ordinances completed for you. If that is the case, your list of Completed under the Temple tab should be getting longer.

Or the names are being printed by a temple and completed. Again your Completed list should show that.

A third reason would be that you have a relative, near or distant, that has found the same branches you are working on and the green temple with clock 90-reservations that you have created and has reserved a bunch of them, pulling them from your shared with temple list to his or her personal reservation list. That person cannot take more than 300 names (that is one reason for the personal reservation list limit). When expiration dates are enforced again, any ordinances not completed within 90 days will return to your shared with temple list.

Whatever the reason, the fact your list is getting smaller is wonderful. It should mean that all those ordinances are getting done, which is the whole point of this work.

I agree with the need for a "Share with Family Group" tab in Shared With Temple pages.
