I am on Image Name101656323_00171 Batch IDM3YR-MB1

(I don't know if the direct link works for everyone: https://www.familysearch.org/indexing/batch/8fd4337c-cdfa-4aa4-b258-7507e4090cdf )

This has some surnames written, but no other info. e.g. Valante, Valenti I imagine these are names expected to be in the district but for some reason no given name or other info was written.

Do I index the surname & blank field the given?

We would index the surnames without given names? after a detailed review we would like to correct our answer: .

On point 9 on What to remember about this project, says: Do not index a surname by itself that has no other information on the image.

If there is no other info given on the line where the name is, the instructions say you do not index the name. ( Project instructions, 2nd. sentence)

Thank you, Mirevo. I missed that short sentence when I was searching the instructions. Dave Morriso, I wasn't able to find your referenced instruction, but I got my answer anyway from someone else. Thank you both for responding.
