Help with translation of a Danish military record
Hi!
I need help reading what's in the far right-hand column of this record for Soren Pedersen, son of Karen Sorensdatter, age 16 from Nordenhuse. I've included column headers for reference.
Any help will be appreciated! :)

It reads:
Born 1837.
See nr. 87. Session 1860. 5th Battalion on May 30th 1860.
For the time being not able to be a soldier, since he is very skinny, and also has problems with his feet, where his skin goes off.
S2. Let time show, what happens. September 1861.
