I can't upload an audio into memories from my phone.

On my husbands old phone when I click on upload Audio it says Choose an action

Camera, Camcorder, Voice Recorder, Documents.

This is not available on my phone or family search.

Thank you for posting your question here in FamilySearch Community.

You mentioned that the phone you are using to try to post an audio to Memories is an "old" phone which may be part of the trouble.

Please look at this article as it explains the types of audio files that FamilySearch can load and how to do it. Hopefully, if you older phone is not compatible you will be able to send the audio to one that is and upload it that way.

are you saying that on your phone - you dont even have an option to upload at all? Is your phone a newer phone than your husbands?

is your phone a "smart phone"?

do you have a computer ? have audio on your computer to upload?
