Don't encourage users to request ordinances on unknown names

Received the following feedback from one of our member guests: "Don't show me things like this: Reserve temple ordinances for [Unknown Name] Unknown UNKNOWN VIEW TEMPLE ORDINANCES Born in in • Had NaN children They do nothing but tie up the system and even after sending the problem to you you do not resolve it. FIX THIS NOW!"

    That looks like there was a problem between the time of retrieving the information template and adding the actual information so the template got sent off empty. That kind of stuff is usually not a problem with the program but rather a data transmission glitch either internally or somewhere on the internet. I doubt there is anything to fix.
