Loss of Submitter information when edited a Death Date

In June 2022 I merged two records for my wife's relative (I was actually logged into her FamilySearch account). After the merge I noticed that I had not carried over the date correctly (just had the month and year from the Surviving Record) so I edited the Date to include the day of the month. Someone else had apparently entered information about the Death date and/or place and included a "memory" in the "Reason This Information is Correct" section. This Reason then somehow carried over with the change that I made to the date or place, and it looked like I had included this memory.

I would like to know who submitted that "Reason This Information Is Correct" information to verify the information that they submitted, but the submitter information doesn't show up anywhere that I can find. Can someone help me figure out who submitted the information, and why their name doesn't show up in any of the Change information?
