Is this an example of tampering after indexing ?

The person's name appears to have had garbage inserted between first and last names.

    This certainly needs to be investigated. At the very least a moderator should escalate this to a "specialist team".

    I would say that is an example of deliberate vandalism, possibly by whoever indexed it.

    @LDS Search Test This looks like it happened during indexing. Hard to believe it wasn't caught during the review process. You can edit the name so the garbage doesn't show.

    I have edited the name to remove the garbage. (While I was at it, I made what corrections I could in the other entries associated with the image. Most of the names on the page were misindexed, and one name was missed entirely, but those were honest errors in reading the difficult handwriting, not vandalism like Sarah Amanda's name.)
