I have somehow opened two profiles for myself. When I open log-in the site goes to one but I cannot find the other to delete. Any suggestions please? Carol

Hi Carol Thanks for visiting Family Search Community and posting your question here. You actually have two different accounts on Family Search, each with it's unique profile for yourself. You can delete one of the accounts if you wish but first you need to get access to both accounts. If you don't have the username and password for each account, then you need to recover them. You do this by going to the sign in page for Family Search and clicking on "Forgot Username and Password" Use your email which is common to both accounts to recover your username and password. You will receive an email which will have both of your usernames. Record both and then chose the one you need to get the password for. Once you can sign into both accounts, you can chose to delete one if you want. Here are the more detailed instructions.

If you still need additional help, on family search, click on the ? mark in the circle at the upper right and select contact us. Chose your area and select from the contact options.

    Hope this helps.

Another issue I have entered family going back many generations and have been able to print off immediately after concluding one line but if I sign off then go back in, the tree stops before the end. Is this something I am doing or is there a limited amount of information that can be stored? thank you

I went to the help page and said page not found.

If you sign off and then return, the system normally takes you back to the last person you were working on regardless of where that person is in the tree. I have found that it will do this even when the last person is not connected to me. Not sure what is happening in your case.

You can also access those you have recently worked on by clicking on Recents.
