Why can I upload a Haed Stone picture, when I have Before

Great question! I have had the problem of uploading family photos before, too.

1. when a picture doesn’t upload the first time, wait a while and try again.
2. while waiting, restart scanner.
3. double check internet connection.
4. don’t be afraid to keep trying different solutions;)
5. sometimes the picture has uploaded but is being really slow on the page.

what is the error you are getting?

Is it reporting that the the file has already been uploaded?

If so look for a copy of what you loaded in your Memories GALLERY.
