feedback on signing problem

Hi I have a friend who is trying to find missing ordinances. When she goes to the familysearch community section to ask her question it does not allow her to sign in. The message is 'invalid interger' or 'session timed out'. We asked another family history consultant to sign in and they had the same problem. I think the only reason I am able to do this is that I have previously signed in and asked questions.

please could you look into this so she can ask her questions. Thank you

How can I help patrons sign in to ask questions in this forum. The message 'invalid interger' is still preventing some patrons from signing in to as questions.

2 things, first have they registered for the FamilySearch Community. It is a separate area so make sure they have registered so that they can sign in. It can be the same log in as Familysearch but does not need to be.

Second, others are having this issue. It was reported in a Facebook group I am in and on Aug 4th it was reported here in the community in general questions. At that time a moderator said they engineers were aware and would work on it. Hopefully they can figure it out so those wanting to join us here can do so.

Thank you. I will check to see if she is registered in the FS community and encourage her to check on this page to see when the error is resolved.
