Acri, Cosenza, Calabria, Italy Microfilms

I am usually able to access the Acri microfilms from my local Family History Center. Today I received a message that they were unavailable and that I would have to access them from a family history center (which is where I was). I logged out and back in, I tried a different computer, and I waited and tried again—all without success. Any suggestions?

This probably indicates an IT issue at the FHC. Someone is going wrong that means the system does not recognize the computers as being at a FHC and thus authorized to view "restricted" records. The good news is that you're seeing a message saying to view the records at a FHC: sometimes records are taken offline, and when that happens you wouldn't get a message saying to view them at a FHC.

My suggestion is to talk to the FHC staff and ask them to check the computers are properly configured.
