This is for escalation to the engineers.

Ohio, County Marriages, 1789-2016 Lake Marriage licenses 1862-1868 vol D

https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:939K-BJSN-6L?i=187&cc=1614804&personaUrl=%2Fark%3A%2F61903%2F1%3A1%3AXZXV-LBV

There are 4 marriages on the page and 4 marriages indexed, but only 2 of the indexed marriages are on the page. This looks like an instance of database corruption.

@dontiknowyou Looking at the images and the image index, all seems in order on the pages you showed us. You might notice that the first name on the license was not always the name of the groom. For example, the 2nd image is for the marriage of Loren A Hale, but Richard Foss made the application. I am guessing that a glance at the first name on each record is the source of your assumption that the image index was in error. Easy mistake to make.

I see! Yes, I read the names on the top lines and did not notice the applications were 3rd-party.

A 3rd-party marriage application. How weird!
