When the maiden name for the wife writes "not given" yet the wife's name is written under the entry 'Complaintant', may we write this name down as the wife's name ? Or should the name be left as "blank" ?

I would record Stella M Duffell as the wife. The divorce was granted to her which means she was the wife.

There is just not a maiden name available to include in the surname field.

Thank you, @LarryClark43. It's nice to have other people when you're not sure.
