Problems when searching
Hi
Is anyone else having trouble searching on FamilySearch? When I do a search and the results come up the left hand pane moves up and down all of the time. When I close the right hand pane it stops. But if I then click on a record in the left hand pane that has been found it brings the right hand pane back up with the details in and the left hand pane starts moving up and down again. It's been doing it for days.

It works fine for me. You could try clearing your cookies on FamilySearch https://familysearch.org/cookies
If that doesn't work you may need to clear all of your temporary files and cookies. Then restart your computer. https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/how-do-i-delete-all-of-the-cookies-and-temporary-files-stored-by-my-internet-browser

I have been having the same problem for several weeks.

I have also seen the Search results page being spastic. The behavior is intermittent, ongoing for many months now. When it starts I just go do something else for a while.

I've cleared my cookies and restarted my desktop computer and it's still doing it. Hopefully it will fix itself at some point. Thanks again.

Don't know why I didn't do this before. I am having the problem on Chrome browser, so decided to try it on Microsoft Edge browser. Works perfectly on Edge.🙂
