Did you click/select "save" after entering the correct date? That's the only step missing from your screenshots, as far as I can tell.
It looks to me like the marriage took place on the 23rd, but I can see why it was indexed as the 28th.

On the left it states 28th at the bottom it states the 19th on same certificate

I did try clicking the blue save button on several attempts to edit but was not successful.
there are 2 entries for the marriage of Edith Caroline Mead marriage to Charles Robertson. One is indexed as marriage on 19th the second is indexed as marriage on 28th both cite and show same marriage certificate.

The license was issued on 19 June, and the marriage was performed on 23 June. I can see how an indexer might have read the 23 as 28, as the 3 in 23 is not entirely clear.
