On 18 July 2022 the file for Marie Euphemie Georgiana Ferland - GH39-1WL was merged with L5B6-YNJ. Family Search ID GH39-1WL is the surviving record. Sources show that there are clearly two, possibly three different individuals with similar names. Is there a way to review which files were with each record prior to the merge to see if we can sort out what belongs to which person? There were 17 different sources at the time of the merge and I added an 18th source.

To start you could go to the change log, then filter by Merges then unmerge. Then check the sources and attach to the correct person.

If you go to each deleted record, you can still open the change log for each of them and review what information was on each record prior to the merges. You can also restore any of the profiles using the link in the headers of the deleted records.

Yes, I agree there are at least two Georgiana Ferlands born in Quebec about 1878, in different districts.

Keep in mind that before merge the profiles likely were conflated already. You might proceed by attaching more historical records and then review the change logs and the records to decide how to tell which records belong to which person.
