I see 14 views of this question without any comment so far, so I'll stick my neck out and reply.
You mention you that you see "these 2 sisters form each of our lines" but you mention only one of the sisters. Perhaps if you tell give the names of the two sisters and their ids it would help solve the problem.
You also indicate that you "found the link on find your relationship tool" which I take means that you found the tool not that you found the link to the two lines using the relationship tool.
To join the two lines you will need to link the two sisters by linking them to their common parent or parents. If you can document that they really are sisters but cannot document who their parents are, I believe you can use place markers as parents such as 'Unknown Father' or 'Unknown Mother' or simply 'John Doe' and 'Mary Doe'
FamilySearch is a work in progress and linking these two sisters this way advances that project.

If you know the surnames of the 2 sisters, then you create a father with no given name and only that surname. Using words such as "unknown" or "father" makes it more difficult for others researching to find the person or family.
I know that my 2nd great grandfather had at least 2 siblings because they are documented together in a household. Parents were not present, but the relationship is documented in the census. A father of that surname links the siblings:

I've been thinking about your post on and off through the day and I am confused. You say that found the relationship between you and Mary Hancock "on [the] find your relationship tool in family search," I think, and that you and her are related ten generations back, each of you to a different sister in a family. I can only picture what you are explaining to be this:
The relationship tool in FamilySearch is entirely based on existing relationships in Family Tree. It can't determine new relationships on its own.
That means that your line and Mary's lines (not "trees," there is only one tree in Family Tree) are already connected. All you need to do is follow this chart up your line then down Mary's to see this in Family Tree.
If this is not what you mean, please provide more information such as an image like the one above. Feel free to mask out any information on living people, leaving just the connecting lines.

Thank you all for your helpful comments. I did find the link between the two families and who I was searching for and it was going up my grandmothers line through several sisters and a couple of marriages and found the link. It has been a journey but it is fun. Thanks again John
