Thank-you for contacting our Community. Have you booked an appointment, as suggested by the message you hear when phoning in to Family Search, Thursday through Sunday The appointments now include a one on one meeting so we can immediately share screens with each other.
However, if you prefer we can help you in this Community. Please give us the name and the share batch code which is found at the end of the batch name. That way we can look at your batch and assist you better.

I also have a question on mortgagees and mortgagors, Richmond County New York
If I am reading the instructions correctly, I am suppose to make a separate entry for wife or husband, when both names appear on the same line. I had not noticed that until I had done a couple hundred entries.
Now I have been doing reviewing of the same. I see others that have made the same mistake.
Question;; How to insert another entry in the proper place, separating the husband and wife's name and info?

As you are reviewing, click on the line that has the first entry of the 2 names. Go to the top of the screen and click on the icon that has a plus beside it. Click on the one that says " after current entry". This will give you a blank entry to put in the new information for the wife(or husband). Happy indexing/reviewing .
