How do I index a burial record that includes two names for a grave?
This is an application to reopen the grave. The record does not specify who was buried first and who would be added. Death date is not recorded. Burial date is recorded but does not specify for which individual. Since this information is not provided then I do not know how to enter the correct dates. Do I make two entries and leave the dates blank?

Yes index both. They are not duplicates, and 2 is not a continuation of image 1.
Sorry I should have included that in my answer.

You should probably share your batch code and then someone will be able to give you a good answer.
The batch code is the group of letters and numbers at the end of your batch title. Just copy that and post it here with your question. It will be something like. WR7K-D2H

Thank you for sharing your batch code. I have checked your batch.
Image 1 and image 2 go together. If you review image 2 I think it will help.
Issac B is the person being buried and the date of the burial is the same on both images, Aug 2 which you have already recorded.
When I asked about this situation previously I was told to only record the information for the current burial as Jeremiah's burial will be listed on other records.
Hope this helps.

Thank you for replying. However, your answer now creates a new question. If images one and two are for the same individual, do I index both records?
