Adding Baptism Certificates and Priesthood Ordination Certificates to Memories
Is is acceptable to add jpg images of Baptism and Confirmation Certificates to the Memories?
Is is acceptable to add Priesthood Ordination Certificates and line of authority charts to the memories?
The Help Center lists Patriarchal Blessings, Temple Cards, Pictures of Temple Clothing as not being acceptable and ordinance dates should only be under the temple tab.

@Becky Freeman I have had it confirmed that these items are ok to upload as long as private or temple info are not included. As the certificates only have names and dates, there is nothing wrong with including them in memories.

Dear @Becky Freeman, what a great family treasure these certificates would be! You are correct that there is no mention of these specifically being inappropriate, and certainly would help us get to know our ancestors more fully. I have been meaning to do this myself.
At present I am unable to access my certificates to try and see if they get uploaded or restricted, but will be happy to let you know how I get on.

These have been uploaded and not restricted. I just need to know the policy on putting these things on because they seem to be in agreement with what we should not put on. If they shouldn't be added I want to contact the cousin who put them on and get them removed. Can this be escalated to someone who an give me a definite answer. There is nothing in the Help Center or in the instructions for adding memories that specifically addresses this issue.

@Becky Freeman I have asked the question and will see what reply comes back regarding whether escalation is required.

Thank you for your response, unfortunately I had already studied every Help Center article relating to the subject of what to submit and what not to submit. I mentioned that in my original post. Nothing addresses the idea of Baptismal, confirmation certificates and Priesthood ordination certificates and line of priesthood authority. There is much confusion and discussion on this but no one had a definite answer. Please escalate this to someone in the know who can answer the question

I not only upload these personal documents I have, but I create sources out of them. Recent death certificates will not be released for a long time, so for my parents and grandparents, I was quick to put them online for the benefit of those who would never qualify to purchase them.

I appreciate your comments but it is not what I was looking for, I wanted an official statement not what you do. What you do is not official. I did get an answer from another person that was what I was looking for. You might what to be careful when you answer questions not to give your opinion. In putting on the certificates you paid for remember those are copyrighted and you are breaking copyright laws by posting them unless you are given special permission to do so,

Becky Freeman While government records for other countries are copyrighted, that is not the case in the US or at the state level. The vital records certificates I own I am free to upload. I do not know about the religious records I own, but I do not upload them.
