Solutions Gallery / trying to get LDS access to Geneanet.org

After choosing and clicking the Geneanet logo, I get to a page to register or to log in to Geneanet. Trying both options, i get an error page (display may differ). See attachments. So, I don't get into Geneanet. There was no problem to get LDS access to MyHeritage.

How can this be solved?

Thank you for posting your question here in Community.

In checking the Solutions Gallery on my computer my experience was very smooth and no error messages at all. It may be that you need to clear your computer cache and cookies which could have a corrupted link in it which is causing the trouble. If that does not work, please try another browser to access FamilySearch and then the Solutions Gallery and program that way.

Further, it is always good to know that we at FamilySearch do not maintain programs that are offered by third parties that are found in the Solutions Gallery. Please contact those company's help desks directly for assistance in using those programs. You can generally find them using a Google search.

Thanks for your suggestion, but it didn't resolve the problem. I will try to contact geneanet.org.
