Why won't my batches download to my screen?
Today there were issues with Family Search. I get clear into work on my batches and I get an error message that the batch won't download & to try another batch. This doesn't work either. Also my husband is having the same problem. I contacted the ward, who gave me a # for the stake. They called & said someone would call me. This has not happened. Is this a glitch? I asked another ward member & they were able to index. Help!
