Employee names

Should we index names of what appear to be employee signoffs on certain records? Meaning, they prepared the records and signed off that they were correct/complete etc.

    It would depend on the project. Do you have a shared batch code so we could look at the project you are working on? It is the 7 number and letter code in brackets at the end of the project name.

    Generally you would not index them but projects vary so there is no one answer fits all.
