Add ability to change speed of videos

Please add ability to change the viewing speed on videos.

When watching a recorded webinar or video, the viewer might want to slow it down to follow along with the speaker while they demonstrate the skill. Or one might want to speed it up because a speaker has a particularly slow cadence or the viewer learns better at a faster pace.

Options of .5x, .75x, 1.25x, 1.5x, 2x are all useful options on other audio/video platforms.
