Certain place names not registering as standardized in Source Linker

One example is Walsall, Staffordshire, England, United Kingdom. When you select this place from the Source Linker it shows that it is standardized, but then when you go back to the Person and see the place listed (in birth, death, marriage residence, etc.) it shows as unstandardized. This can be time-consuming to fix when there is a large family that all lived in the same household and the census record now shows 15 people living in an unstandardized place.

This is a recurring bug that seemed to have gone away, but I guess it's back.

I don't think it actually has anything to do with the specific place, except so far as whether one needs to argue with the standardization list about it at all or not. That is, I think that if you accept the standard as first offered, without changing anything, then it stays standardized. But I don't have enough data to say for certain.
