Moving memories from one person's record to another person's record.

there is no good way to do this
HOWEVER - if you create an ALBUM and place the items of interest in that album - and then you share that album url with your wife or whoever you wish - they will be able to view the items in the album just as easily as you can. and they can bookmark the album on their browser.
Once your wife has access to that album - she herself - can also create an album and include any of your items or anyone else's into her album. (though she doesnt have to create her own album - she can just access yours)
ALBUMS are great for sharing groups of FS memories items.

Hello Donald
Instead of sharing photos, there is always the manual option of downloading copies of you photos and and physically transferring these to your wife's computer. This can be achieved through cloud services or simply be using a USB Flash drive.
Cheerio for now!

No real reason to have to use cloud or USB - the wife can download them directly from her FS account to her device - but I think the whole intent of the question was to have to avoid all that . . .

Here is an example of an album

The wife can bookmark any album url
Or she can very easily create a new album of her own - that includes all the items from the Husbands album
Albums are a real value especially if you have uploaded any significant number of items.

If you simply want to make photos you have uploaded available on the pages of your wife's ancestors, please just tag them to the people who are showing in the photos. There should be no need to move a photo anywhere since it is the tagging process that allows you to link a photo to the ID of the individual who is in the photo. Please review the following knowledge article about tagging photos. Photos that are tagged to the ID numbers of your deceased ancestors will be visible on the Memories pages of those ancestors even if you should pass away.
If your wife wants her own version of a memory that you uploaded, she can download the photos as explained in this additional knowledge article.
Finally, it has already been suggested that you might want to add photos that you have uploaded for your wife's family members into albums so that you can share the URL of the albums with her and with other family members. To learn more about creating albums, I hope you will find this additional article helpful.
Basically, remember the following:
1) Memories that are tagged are linked to the ID numbers of our deceased ancestors and they can be viewed by anyone who goes to the Memories page of the ancestor.
2) Users can download photos that have been contributed by other users and that will allow the photo to become available in their own Gallery View.
3) Albums are a great way to make a series of photos available for other users because the URL of the album can be provided to anyone who wishes to see the entire album.
Best wishes as you continue to work with Memories at FamilySearch.

I have forgotten how you can bulk add memories to an album from a single person page. Someone told me how to do that and I just tried to remember how to do it but couldn't figure out how to do it.

I am not aware of that even being possible.
HOWEVER
You CAN bulk add from your gallery
or from one album to another.
BUT I cant think of any way to bulk add from a profile record.
You can also BULK add from an album to the profile - but not the reverse.
