It keeps having to refresh. . .
Since yesterday, July 4th I have had a difficult time reviewing families in the census. It keeps coming up with a message that I need to refresh the page. It continues endlessly, I can select the family, the street and then it says it needs to be refreshed and I can go no further., because after refreshing it gets to the same point and I get the same message. Sometimes when I start the review I can do one or two families before it starts doing this. It wasn't happening before the 4th. Anyone else having this problem?

Yes, there are some errors as you are reviewing, specifically after the Address field. It's been reported. If tyou click Cancel you can continue on with the review. We apologize for it and hope it gets better.

I am having the same issue but hitting cancel does not let you move on. It sends you back to the same place as well. It just continually loops; I even tried a different location and had the same problem.

You may want to explain it on Report the problem and close the batch.

When you press cancel and continue it only works SOMETIMES. Sometimes it gives you the error message again and makes you refresh.
This is especially true when trying to index a family that spans more than one page.

There are still issues with Montana for sure. Please report it and If you would all just let me know what state you are working in, it would really help. Thank you so much!

Working on Washington and when I get to a family that crosses on to another page it won't let me complete without it saying it has already been saved. Frustrating.
