Standardized Place Names Bug Attaching Records

Both my wife and I have noticed that when we are attaching records and verifying a place name, that same entry will be flagged as a non-standardized place name, meaning we have to go and do it again now on the person's page which seems to work just fine. Maybe there wouldn't be so many non-standardized place names to fix if this bug were fixed. Anyone else having this issue?

This is either a recurring problem - or it only applies in certain cases, so goes unnoticed for a while giving the impression it has been fixed. Either way, it still needs to be sorted, as it annoying regularly having to "re-standardize" place names that shouldn't need this attention.
