When I click "search names" , I get an internal error message. This is almost constant. Is the problem on your end or mine?

Before when I went somewhere, say a doctor's office, and I had to wait I would read a book on my phone. Then I discovered Get Involved Reviewing Names. Now instead of reading I index. Now my time is not wasted but I am being productive and helping someone find their family.

I struggled with this system until I learned the door to learning the system was the circled '?'. Some type of indicator making this clear for those of us who are not knowledgeable with computer symbols would be helpful.
