What happened to newspapers.com in the portal? We now have newspaper archive. Will newspapers.com be back? Or is this a permanent change?

I have been given to understand that the "licence" value of the Newspaper websites in the premium websites list has changed, whereby the provision for us to view this site has diminished. I cannot relate the details, only offer this general note.
