    Dear Diane,

I’m trying to solve few mysteries related to my maternal ancestors, in Vienna Austria, I was given the advice (by a Family Research consultant, Florine Knapp, from Sacramento, CA), to contact Todd Knowles. Is there a way for me to contact Mr. Knowles?

I will appreciate if you could guide me to his contact information.

    Thank you in advance,

    Naomi Levy

@NaomiLevy Todd Knowles works at the Family History Library. Go to their website - https://www.familysearch.org/en/family-history-library/ and select Research Help. Click Schedule a Free Consultation and then Europe. You'll want to select one of the Jewish research options (not Austria). Once you select a date and time, before you accept the appointment, it will show you the name of the consultant. If it says Todd, you will get an appointment with him. Good luck!!! Sam ☺️
