Why I can't see the records that others can
I've searched for Roman Catholic parish books for area around Nowosiółka from 19th century. Now is this town in Ukraine. Was in Sowiet Union, between WWs in Poland, before WWI in Austria-Hungary - Galicia.
Books are now stored in some archive in Poland.
The records I have found are locked with message advicing me to vistit Family History Center (FHC). I get in touch with personel one of FHC and he told me, he can access these records also from computer outside their FHC. After that it seems to me there is something wrong with my account.
Here is the search result:
On my computer I can see warning about restrictions:
And here is the entire record:
Where I can't see anything:
I have tried the page reload several times in past few weeks.
Can anyone explain it? Is my account broken?

Nope, your account isn't broken; the FHC person's understanding is incorrect. He/she likely has an LDS account, and doesn't realize that sometimes, what is visible to such an account is not the same thing as what is visible to a public account like yours or mine.
Unfortunately, FamilySearch adds greatly to the confusion by giving false-or-misleading access messages: instead of coming out and telling us that "you need an LDS account to see this material from home", it tells us to visit an FHC or affiliate library. Likewise in the other direction: to someone with an LDS account, the material looks fully accessible, and the only way for that person to tell that a public account cannot access it is to switch to a public account.
