Hello Janice

I understand the Portal Extension is operating normally in the Chrome Browser, but I have been informed the Extension for Firefox is broken presently. The engineers are well aware of this issue and are working towards a resolution.

So, for the present, access premium websites and film images using the Chrome Browser.
