Everytime I try to do a name review today on the app I am getting an error message

It doesn't matter if it's the census or something else... I click Go and it says "loading documents for you to review" and then all of a sudden it stops and says "an error occurred please try again later"

Is this a known problem? Is it my phone? Is there some sort of update?
