How can I ask someone about a batch I am working on?

The batch is really weird. It has two male first names and then has a female first and last name. Or, a female first name and a male first name and then a female first and last name.

I don't know if someone drank the ceremonial wine while they were writing these or what.

Any help would be great. I've done a lot of records and never seen anything like this. I checked all the other pages and they are the same.
