North Field Plantation in Cumberland County, Virginia
Has anyone done any research or has any documents on the North Field Plantation in Cumberland County, Virginia?
Located at 189 Old Buckingham Road, Cumberland, VA (on Rte 13), near the Rte 60 (Anderson Hwy and after Rte 45 (Cartersville Road).
Looking for information and family documents (wills, federal census- up to 1930s, birth records, land and property records, etc.) on Dr. Robert Henderson, the name of his Slaves, Indentured servants, and or Share Croppers at the North Field Plantation.
The only information that I have so far is that the North Field Plantation was sold to a Mr. and Mrs. Gray in the early 1930s and burned down at the time of the depression.
