Additional Entry pages when submitting Batch

In the South African Marriage Indexing Project Census, I am receiving additional page entries for a 1 page batch. Ex. There is 1 image and the system is requesting 15 additional pages of entries in order to complete or submit that batch. Is this just a default setting or a clerical or system error? This error is causing the indexer to Ctrl+B:<Blank> or NO Extractable data in order to submit. This 15 pages of entries equals to about 210 <BLANK> entries into the system to submit 1 page of usable, extractable data. Is there something I can do to eliminate the additional data or unused space into the system?

    Hi,

When you say that the system is requesting15 additional entries, this the pre-set number of lines that you are looking at. The actual number of lines or entries can only be seen when you look at the page or pages of the record and count them up.

You may well have less that the pre-set 15, in which case, just delete the lines that you don't need (trashcan icon), or if you need more lines, click on the add icon (+ next to trashcan).

Below is the link to a Knowledge Article that explains this in more detail.

Hope this helps, and thanks for your work.
